In line with its commitment to the circular economy and the use of renewable energies, the Reydesa Recycling Company, belonging to OTUA, has launched a photovoltaic installation that has been installed on the 3.800m2 roof located at Zabaldea 3-5 street in the Goiain Industrial Estate.
The installation of the solar plant began in August 2023 and its commissioning took place in October last year.
The main technical characteristics of the installation are as follows:
- Nominal power: 440 kWn
- Peak power: 500 kWp
- Number of panels: 910
- Roof area occupied by modules: 2,365 m2
- Annual consumption: 1,895,227 kWh
- Estimated annual PV production: 459,505 kWh
- Estimated annual self-consumption: 381,845 kWh/year (83.1%)
- Number of inverters: 4
- Nominal power of inverters: 110 kWn
The investment for this project has been supported by the Basque Energy Agency and IDAE, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan funded by the European Union - NextGenerationEU.
